AVEC CHEM designs, develops and manufactures personal and collective protective equipment against chemical, biological and radioactive substances. AVEC offers more than 70 types of industrial filter canisters including special filters Hg-REACTOR P3 R and filters for protection against carbon monoxide (CO). All filters are manufactured in two types of connection threads acc. to STANAG 4155 (EN 148-1) or GOST 8762-75 standards.
AVEC CHEM manufactures and delivers:
Particle filters – Highly efficient filters used for protection against toxic and radioactive particles, microbiological threats (such as bacteria, viruses, spores), solid and liquid aerosols, etc. The filters are available in two sizes.
Industrial filters – Wide range of filters protects users against all known toxic industrial chemicals. Filters are available in three sizes and many types ranging from combined to gas filters.
CBRN filters – Specially designed filters protect police, military and other professionals (e.g. civil defence and rescue squads) against the most toxic substances, which can be met during operations. The scale varies from law enforcement agents, CBRN substances to TICs including radioactive iodine and its organic compounds. Filters are manufactured in several sizes and types.
Tactical half masks - The first fully certified respirator for special operations, security actions and rescue teams. It protects its user against all range of harmful substances with the efficiency of 99,99 %. The design and structure of AVEC TAPR are dictated by the protective function and requirements for tactical applications. AVEC TAPR can be fitted with a proprietary communication system with a sensitive microphone and connected to the required radio station, PTT or headset.
CBRN permeable protective suits – Used by the military professionals, civil defence and first responders as optimal solution for protection against CBRN threats. The garments are produced in design of coveralls or two-piece suits. The suits are very comfortable to wear due to their light weight and permeability. Several designs and sandwich materials are available. Therefore, a tailor-made product can be offered for the most demanding users.
ColPro filters – Designed to purify contaminated air, twinned with an internal facility overpressure to prevent the infiltration of external contaminated air into tents, shelters or mobile vehicles (such as tanks or armoured personal carriers). Various types of filters are available for specific solutions.
Protective full face masks and escape hoods – Personal protective equipment providing protection while working in hazardous environment or escaping from emergency situations. These PPE provide superior comfort for the users, they are made from pliable but high-quality materials.
